Growing Leaders
A leadership development non-profit organization that equips the next generation with the skills to lead themselves and others well — in school, in life, and in the workplace. Through research-based content, character-building resources, and engaging programs like Habitudes®, they help students and young adults grow into confident, values-driven leaders.
While at Growing Leaders, I served as a Media Production Coordinator, supporting their mission through creative storytelling and production management. I handled everything from planning and filming video content to editing podcasts and audiobooks. I also directed and developed course materials, managed vendor communications, built production schedules, and brought creative ideas to life across multiple formats. The work blended strategy and creativity — giving me space to flex my skills in video production, art direction, and project coordination while contributing to something meaningful.

20th anniversary VIDEOS
I was tasked with creating a series of videos that celebrated the brand’s impact from multiple perspectives — including parents, students, and educators who use Habitudes® to teach life and leadership skills. The goal was to capture authentic stories that reflected the heart of the brand and showed how Habitudes continues to shape character and confidence in the next generation.

Leading the Next Generation Podcast
I supported production for the Leading the Next Generation Podcast hosted by Tim Elmore, which focused on leadership development for Gen Z and those who guide them. Initially an audio-only format, I helped transition the podcast into a filmed series to increase engagement and reach on YouTube. My role included recording, editing, and implementing visual elements to enhance the storytelling and align with the Growing Leaders brand.
